    Waterproofing work is defined in DIN 18195. Different load cases are differentiated in the water stress, for example soil moisture and non-accumulating seepage water (part 4) or temporarily accumulating seepage water and water pressing from the outside (part 6).

    At the same time, our external basement waterproofing offers the following advantages:

    • applicability to even to matt damp substrates
    • enormously high compressive strength of the KMB
    • extremely fast drying
    • environmentally compatible: solvent-free and not harmful to groundwater
    • resistant to aggressive substances according to DIN 4030
    • Maximum safety due to excellent adhesion of the individual systems to each other

    If it is not possible to repair the damage to a building’s waterproofing from the outside. In these cases, the restoration can also be done by negative side waterproofing from the inside of the basement.

    Negative side waterproofing of a basement with the above method offers the following advantages:

    • Environmentally friendly, so that it can be demonstrably used for living spaces, swimming pools and drinking water tanks
    • The salt transport to the surface is inhibited and salts are bound
    • All grout, levelling and mortar systems are highly sulphate resistant
    • Numerous test certificates and expert opinions testify to the highest durability of the processed materials

    Both variants of basement waterproofing can be implemented, in each case with thermal insulation layers.

    The advantages of dry masonry for the occupant of a structure are reduced heating costs, a comfortable living environment, and the prevention of corrosion, musty odours, and mould growth.

    Subsequent horizontal barriers are used where horizontal waterproofing is missing or no longer intact. Here, water penetrates a building component and distributes itself in the existing openings, cracks and smallest cavities, also known as the capillary pores. The capillarity of a building material allows water to be absorbed by the building material similar to a sponge and distributed in the component. With the help of masonry injections, subsequent horizontal barriers against rising damp can be built. These are carried out in conjunction with other measures. The subsequent horizontal barrier penetrates the capillary system of the masonry so that a continuous water-impermeable layer is created in the cross-section of the wall. The subsequent horizontal barrier prevents capillary water transport in the masonry. At the same time, cracks and cavities are sealed.

    For the creation of a subsequent horizontal barrier, drill holes are made at a predetermined distance. Special packers are used to grout the various injection materials. The various injection materials – silicone microemulsion, polyurethane resins (PUR resins) and acrylate gels – are based on different active principles, i.e.

    • Clogging of capillary pores (finest cavities)
    • Constriction of capillary pores
    • Hydrophobing (water-repellent equipment of capillary pores)
    • Combination of clogging, narrowing and hydrophobisitation.

    Based on the building condition analysis, the professional remediation measure for the subsequent horizontal barrier is determined. Furthermore, the process technology with the suitable filler as well as the injection of the grout with or without pressure and with or without pre-drying is determined.

    Professional interior insulation always pays off. Visually, functionally and, of course, economically. Older buildings with striking or listed facades in particular benefit from this. Thanks to interior insulation, you can preserve the overall appearance of the structure, effectively prevent the formation of condensation or mould and sustainably reduce your energy costs. For this purpose, we mainly use calcium silicate boards. Insulation thicknesses of up to 5 cm – and thicker if required – means that older, energy-intensive buildings in particular can be well insulated without negatively affecting the indoor climate, as is usually the case with vapour-proof exterior or interior insulation. Other advantages of our calcium silicate interior insulation:

    • Simple, cost-saving and feasible without much pre-planning installation of the living climate panel.
    • Faster heating of the interior, since the solid outer walls do not have to be heated as well.
    • High savings effects already with low insulation thicknesses of the climate panel: the heat loss of a 24 cm brick wall can be reduced by almost 50 percent with a calcium silicate panel of only 2.5 cm thickness.
    • Calcium silicate boards are non-combustible, ecologically completely harmless, due to the high pH value they prevent mould and regulate humidity.

After a certain period of time, such wear and tear necessitates a complete rehabilitation, which is very complex and costly. If you want to avoid this, coating your floor is a cheap and practical alternative. When it comes to floors in areas with public traffic, we are also the ideal partner. We offer a variety of design options that guarantee an appealing floor design entirely according to your specifications. Almost all colours are possible, as well as marbling, or ground colour by coloured sands in various mixtures. Every floor is unique!

    Screed insulation drying Water damage or leaking water pipes usually have unpleasant consequences – especially with screed floors: floor tiles come loose, the parquet swells or mould forms on the walls. Moisture penetrates invisibly into the insulation layer under the screed. Surface drying cannot solve the problem. Drying must start deeper where it cannot be seen: under the screed. And that's exactly what you need our know-how for. We work with electrical measuring devices to immediately determine and limit the area of damage. And: in individual cases, we repair the damage without removing the floor covering and screed. The advantage: you can use the rooms during the drying process. A clean solution.

    • Drying of the insulation layer (subfloor drying) by system drying using the vacuum method or pressure method.
    • Dry and heated air is flooded into the insulation layer through special openings.
    • In the course of the flow, the dry air accumulates moisture from the insulation layer and escapes through outlets into the enclosed space.
    • Through this process, drying of the insulation material and the cavities is achieved up to the compensation moisture.

    A wide range of requirements are placed on ceramic coverings in the private and, in particular, the commercial sector. They should be decorative, easy to clean and highly durable. The weak point in this connection is the grouting of the tile covering.

    Therefore, the industry has developed various systems for grouting ceramic coverings. In particular, systems based on reactive resins or water glass. These systems have the advantage of being low-maintenance and highly durable, combined with the disadvantage of being extremely difficult to apply and process.     We perform joint sealing work in the areas of building construction and civil engineering, in private residential construction, as well as on industrial and commercial buildings. We process all joint sealants based on silicone, polyurethane, Thiokol (polysulfide), MS hybrid and epoxy resin. We perform the following services in these areas:

    • Interior: bathrooms and wet rooms. Living area with ceramic, parquet and synthetic flooring. Ceilings, fixtures and fittings. Swimming pools and wellness facilities. Windows and doors.
