Modern building materials and processes, as well as ever shorter construction times are literally creating tension in the construction industry. These stresses and movements should be absorbed by structural closure and movement joints.
We perform joint sealing work in the areas of building construction and civil engineering, in private residential construction, as well as on industrial and commercial buildings. We process all joint sealants based on silicone, polyurethane, Thiokol (polysulfide), MS hybrid and epoxy resin. We perform the following services in these areas:
- Interior: bathrooms and wet rooms. Living area with ceramic, parquet and synthetic flooring. Ceilings, fixtures and fittings. Swimming pools and wellness facilities. Windows and doors.
- Outdoor area: balconies and terraces. Facings and enclosures. Quarry stone masonry and wall coping made of concrete, cast stone and natural stone. Industrial halls and floor areas. Gas stations and commercial areas, as well as areas permissible under the Water Resources Act (Section 19 of the WHG) in industry and commerce.
- Joint renovation: renewal of fungus-contaminated joint sealant in damp rooms, wellness facilities and swimming pools. Joint demolition due to screed subsidence. Renewal of damaged movement joints on facades, windows and fixtures.
